Rebecca Dallaire

Founder of Heart of Ruth Mission

Rebecca Dallaire founded Heart of Ruth Mission in 2012. She is a 28 year old Registered Practical Nurse at Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare in Bracebridge. Rebecca was born and raised in northern Ontario where she was an avid volunteer. Rebecca spent her summers volunteering as a cabin leader and lifeguard at Dorion Bible Camp. At camp was where her passion for helping others began.  In 2012 Rebecca went to Kenya for the first time and saw a need in the community of Gede; she decided to team together with the girls to improve the lives of the children living at Rainbow House Children’s Home through self-sustainability projects and education opportunities. She has been to Kenya 5 times, totaling 1 year spent in the community. Rebecca also lead a team of 13 volunteers to Kenya in November 2016 to assist in self-sustainable projects and register the children for the 2017 year of school!
